Easy Lower Calorie Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients
  1. 1 2/3 cups Kodiak Cakes Flapjack Mix
  2. 1/3 cup Quest Protein powder (multipurpose)
  3. 1/4 cup all natural no sugar added applesauce
  4. 1 Egg
  5. 1 Cup Milk
  6. 1 Cup fresh blueberries
  7. 1 tsp vanilla
  8. 1/2 tsp nutmeg
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients except berries in medium bowl and blend until smooth.
  2. Fold berries into batter.
  3. fill greased muffin cups 3/4 full.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 - 20 Minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
  1. You can reduce the calories even more by replacing the brown sugar with 1/2 cup stevia baking blend and the 1 cup milk with almond milk.
